Terms of contract of carriage

It is strictly prohibited to carry contraband goods, including counterfeit goods and any infringing goods. Violators will be sent to the relevant units, and the relevant account number will be terminated immediately. As the carrier, the shipper or you and our company need to recognize the following terms as the agreed conditions that are jointly observed and have legal effect. You accept and abide by the terms of this contract from the time you pay the freight.

Responsibilities and commitments of the shipper and the carrier:

1. The consignor or you and your entrusted agent guarantee that the goods entrusted for shipment comply with national laws and those acceptable to the transportation department and do not violate the will of the carrier. The company, the carrier, refuses to carry the following items:
1) Inflammable, explosive, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods
2) Drugs or drug related devices
3) Books, photos, sculptures or utensils harmful to weathering
4) Articles infringing trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property rights
5) Currency, VAT invoices, other tax receipts or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals
6) Food, live animals, plants or seeds
7) Correspondence
8) Electronic products
9) All powder, liquid and optical discs
10) Non genuine / imitation goods; (if the goods sent by the guest are not genuine or imitation, the company will not compensate whether the goods are lost or not)
11) Goods in foreign trade balance sheet
12) Goods suspected to be non genuine. If it is stated that it is genuine, but the price is unreasonably low
13) Prohibited goods subject to customs import control, such as food or traditional Chinese medicine
14) Goods that do not comply with the relevant administrative regulations, departmental rules and mandatory standards of the government at the place of shipment and destination
15) Goods requiring refrigeration

2. The shipper or you promise that the company has the right to give up or refuse to accept the goods that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the real name and value of the goods, and the goods that are prohibited from carrying, mailing and transportation by national laws. In case of violation, the shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and economic liabilities arising therefrom.

3. The shipper or you and your entrusted agent promise to accept and pay the freight rate of the goods published by the company and the relevant warehousing, return and transshipment expenses.

4. If other goods are polluted or damaged due to the overflow, seepage, or leakage of any liquid or solid in your goods, or due to improper packaging or the goods themselves, the company has the right to investigate the shipper or you for all legal and economic liabilities.

5. Uncle ant only accepts and processes one package with one waybill number (which can include multiple goods in the store). If the seller provides a waybill number but sends two or more packaged goods, Lingshun express delivery warehouse will reject the relevant goods or sign for receipt. In case of any loss, the company will not bear any liability for compensation.

6. Once the shipment is signed in Uncle ant's centralized transportation warehouse, if it needs to be returned or forwarded to other places in China, the freight shall be calculated separately, and the freight shall be subject to the customer service quotation of the day.

8. Uncle ant's collection and transfer warehouse does not sign for goods in any form of payment on arrival.

9. Uncle ant does not sign any goods sent by surface mail without inspection or tracking certificate.

10. uncle ant's centralized transportation and transshipment warehouse only accepts and processes, and a waybill number issued by a store only corresponds to the goods of one customer.

11. Uncle ant will not be responsible for any loss, omission or change of transportation charges due to the following circumstances:

Case 1: the Seller issues a waybill number, but there are two or more customers' goods in the package, resulting in customers failing to claim other goods.
***The customer needs to contact the seller to ensure that the waybill number of the seller when shipping is only the goods of the customer***

Case 2: (the customer purchases two or more goods) the seller only provides the customer with one waybill number, but in fact, the seller sends the customer's goods separately with two or more waybill numbers, resulting in the customer's failure to claim other goods.
***The customer has the responsibility to contact the seller and obtain other correct waybill numbers for claim***

Situation 3: if the seller provides the wrong waybill number, resulting in the correct waybill number exceeding the 60 day warehouse free period. And was charged storage fee.
***The customer has the responsibility to contact the seller, obtain the correct waybill number for claim and negotiate with the seller on the storage fee***

12. As it takes time to input the cargo data, it is recommended that the customer log in to the uncle ant centralized transportation system to confirm whether the goods are warehoused or not within one working day after the goods arrive at the uncle ant centralized transportation warehouse.

13. The customer must log in to Uncle ant's container to claim and select the combined express service within 60 days from the day when the goods are sent to Uncle ant's container. Otherwise, ¥ 5 (RMB) storage fee will be charged for each piece of goods every day from the 61st day.

14. The goods must be sent out within 90 days after they arrive at Uncle ant's container warehouse, otherwise they will be regarded as waste parts, which will be handled by our company without objection by the owner.

15. For the order that has been reviewed and the order that has not been paid for more than 12 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled. The order must be submitted again for review and all procedures must be completed.

16. If it is less than 1kg, it will be calculated as 1kg.
***Example 1: the total weight of all goods is 0.99 kg, which will be calculated as 1 kg on the order***
***Example 2: the total weight of all goods is 1.01 kg, which will be calculated as 2 kg on the order***

17. The unit of weight calculation is kilogram (kg), and the accuracy is one decimal place, that is, 0.1kg is the lowest scale.

18. The receiving time of Uncle ant's container warehouse is from 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Please refer to the latest announcement for the settlement time.

19. In view of the rest of foreign delivery and transportation companies on Sundays or public holidays, uncle ant collection and transportation will be suspended during public holidays. In case of any change, it shall be subject to the announcement of our company.

20. The delivery company will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.

21. For all shipments, the actual weight, over volume and over length are compared, and the heaviest one is taken to calculate the freight.
***Volume weight is a calculation method that reflects the package density. Super volume means that the volume weight is greater than the real weight***
***In case of excess volume, the average weight of volume weight and real weight will be taken***

22. The guest must truthfully declare the express delivery method, the name of the consignee, the unified number, the nature of the address (Public Business District, non industrial and commercial district) and pay the freight, otherwise the goods will not be delivered; The company has the right to recover the underpaid freight and administrative fee of $500.

2、 Right to know about the goods carried:
1. The company has the right to know the nature, name, quantity and weight of the transported goods, so as to assist the relevant government departments and transportation departments to inspect or investigate the transported goods.
2. The goods consigned by Uncle ant will be randomly sampled and investigated. If it is found that the goods do not meet the requirements of the "terms of the contract of carriage", the company will refuse to carry them.

Right of retention of goods carried:
1. If the consignor or you and your entrusted agent fail to pay the freight payable and relevant expenses in accordance with the provisions of the carriage contract, the carrier has the right to retain the goods carried and retain the right of claim against the consignor or you and your entrusted agent before obtaining a valid guarantee, and is not liable for any loss arising therefrom.

2. The goods must be sent out within 90 days after they arrive at Uncle ant's collection warehouse, otherwise they will be regarded as waste parts, which will be handled by the company itself, and the owner shall not object.


1. The company is not responsible for the delay, loss, destruction or confiscation of goods caused by force majeure, such as customs inspection, war, riot, bad weather, flight delay, plane crash, typhoon, fire, flood, major traffic accident, natural or man-made serious disasters, various situations beyond the control of the company or confiscation caused by the shipper or you.

2. The company shall not be liable for any indirect loss or other non subjective loss caused by the delay or loss of goods delivery.

3. The company shall not be liable for the delay, error and loss of goods transportation caused by the following reasons:
1) Due to the shipper or your reasons, such as wrong address, incomplete address, wrong telephone number, etc; The address of the recipient is changed or the region that cannot be delivered.
2) Because the consignor or the goods entrusted by you have violated the prohibition of relevant national policies and decrees, such as flammable, explosive, easy to pollute, easy to corrode and toxic powders, water agents and other dangerous goods.
3) All kinds of losses caused by undeclared and improper packaging by the shipper or you.
4. Since the logistics service of our company is based on the packaging when the goods are received and sent after merging, if the packaging of the goods itself is not proper and does not meet the requirements for safe transportation of goods, or the goods with special substances (such as important goods, easily damaged goods, etc.) are marked to our company, the shipper or you shall be responsible for the damage and the responsibility arising therefrom.

5. In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, in addition to the inspection of goods carried at the request of government departments and transportation departments or the regular random sampling survey of the company, the domestic logistics transfer station of the company will not open the package of goods for members to check the quantity or quality of goods when signing for customers. The company shall not be liable for any loss caused by the quantity, nature and characteristics of the articles.

Handling of lost parts:
1. In case of missing goods, please email to our customer service for verification. If the goods are lost due to logistics transportation after verification, the maximum amount of compensation is three times the freight.
2. The scope of guarantee only includes uncle ant's collection and transportation from Shenzhen warehouse to the designated address of the destination.
3. Excluding domestic delivery to Uncle ant's warehouse.
4. If it is not the above situation, please apply to our staff separately. After review, the company will decide whether to make compensation. The upper limit of compensation is three times the freight and does not exceed the actual value of the goods.
5. For any claim, the following data must be sent by email to the customer service declaration of the company within 24 hours after signing.

C. Customer contact number
D. Uncle ant shipping account
E. If it is sent to the designated address, the relevant address certificate shall be submitted
F. Photos of the outer package when signing in (clear order number is required)

6. In case of late declaration, the company will be deemed to have completed the delivery as required and will no longer accept it.

7. After arriving at the port and finding the lost goods, our company will arrange to resend them. The found goods are not within the scope of compensation and will not be compensated.

8. In case of any dispute, the company will reserve the right of final decision.

Damage treatment
1. The customer is obliged to have good communication with the seller to ensure that the goods carried are equipped with internal and external packaging or containers with sufficient durability, strong toughness and sufficient thickness, so as to avoid damage or loss of goods due to improper packaging during transportation; The package shall be provided with sufficient and appropriate protective materials, and the box or outer package shall be integrated with the protective materials, cushioning materials and contents of the goods; If there are multiple contents, there shall be no sound caused by friction, collision, extrusion or shaking between the contents and the inner wall of the outer package. The company will not make any compensation for any damage to the goods due to inconsistent packaging or fragile items during transportation.

Logistics claim details
1. It usually takes about 10 working days to complete the compensation after determining the establishment of the claim case.
2. All compensation amounts shall be settled in RMB.
3. All compensation amounts shall be transferred to Uncle ant's centralized transportation account, and refund by transfer to other accounts is not accepted.

Freight payment
1. The order freight payment needs to be paid in the wallet of the member of the autonomous centralized transportation system.
2. In case of any dispute, uncle ant will reserve the final decision.

Relevant customer receiving address
1. The logistics company will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.
2. In order to protect customers, the logistics company will only deliver goods according to the address on the order.
3. The address cannot be changed after the order is confirmed
4. If the customer provides other work or residential addresses that are not the receiving person, the company will not be responsible for any problems in the delivery of goods.
5. The designated address for delivery is "residential area", which needs to be delivered downstairs. The dispatcher will contact the recipient by telephone - the delivery address is "industrial and commercial area", and the contact arrangement before delivery will not be provided temporarily- If it is necessary to contact before delivery, the customer can mark the last position of the delivery address when filling in the delivery address.
6. If there is no elevator at the designated address required by the customer, the logistics company will not go upstairs for delivery and will contact the customer to pick up the goods on the ground.
7. In order to maintain the stability of delivery service quality, the company will start the quota mechanism according to the cargo flow and delivery status of individual distributors.
